Yes, I am stuck at home. I can leave home, but I can't come back home after that, coz every single road that leads in and out of my house is underwater... Also, from several phone calls, Waterfront, Main Bazaar, India Street are all underwater too. Snorkeling anyone???
It was never this bad before...but it is now.
