Date: 26th September 2010
The tour and the journey back home.
8.30am : Woke up to get a shower and started waking one-by-one. After the shower, I took my dive log, a magazine and my camera to the balcony and sat there enjoying the breeze and the scenery.
9.30am : We went for our buffet breakfast and it was a good breakfast. After breakfast, we sat by the pool, relaxing and later we walked across the bridge to Miami beach where we started taking photos. It was the moment of laughter and fun.
11.00am : We went back to the room and took another shower as we were covered in sand.
12.00pm : Checked out and it was a 30 minutes drive to town for lunch at Penang Road. It was Asam Laksa and Cendol for lunch. We then took a walk around Komtar where Peng bought her dancing heels.
2.00pm : It was still early that afternoon. We went to The Chocolate Boutique for a cup of coffee and some chocolate tasting.
3.00pm : We paid RM12 per person and had an hour tour in Cheong Fatt Tze Mansion (Blue Mansion). It was a great tour but too bad, no photographings allowed in the mansion.
4.00pm : It was time to hit the road and back to Kuala Lumpur.
9.00pm : We reached Damansara Uptown for dinner at a Pan Mee shop.
Yes! The trip is now official over. It was a short but great weekend with the dives and the tours and the food. Had a good time although I was suffering from muscle sprain after the dives.
That's the end of my 1st Travelogue...hopefully there's more to come.
