It was a sudden thought that Catherine had to reward herself after a whole two weeks of studying for her finals (although she still have another 3 papers to go). Went online to check movies in Star and the only one available to watch was 007 Quantum of Solace at 11.15pm.
Left home at 10.30pm to get tickets and it was FREE SEATING! cool~ ...well, coz no one was watching... Bought popcorn and a drink and went into the cinema and find good seats (good seat in Star Miri means...umm...literally, not good seats - if you know what I mean). The trailers started seconds we sat down.
1. Audio was terrible (sounded like milo tin)
2. Visual was half framed
Someone had to call the people to adjust the frame, so they did, adjusted and yea~ the movie started. hmm...first thing was, Daniel Craig acted as James Bond - not so fond of that - that's why I don't watch Casino Royale. Well, it's still James Bond, meaning there'll be cool cars, great fighting scenes... but, was disappointed lah~
1. I didn't watch Casino Royale (so not quite understand the story)
2. No nice cars (other than the black Alfa Romeo at the start of the film)
3. Fighting scenes always end up with everyone dead!
4. Daniel Craig is lifeless (Dhiren, 2008)
Well, I shall go back home and dig out my dad's collection of James Bond and hopefully he has Casino Royale so I can watch and try to understand the movie...*laughs* Anyway, that wasn't the interesting part about the movie.
This creature here was watching movie along with us in the cinema. It all started when I heard noises coming from my back, my side and my front (there were no one around us - that's what freaks me out!) Moments later, Catherine saw big rats walking around the cinema. Another thing was that we actually dropped our popcorns on the floor, so we had our feet up on the seats as well. The cinema was very very very dark, so, to keep us safe from having the rats crawling on our feet, we had our feet hung up on the seats.
How nice of the rats~!
It was indeed an experience watching movie in Star Miri.
What more this time, having the rats watching with us.
