Toy Story 3 in 3D @ GSC Signature

...how great was it to find out that my old time favourite Disney and Pixar animation is coming to the cinema again with the 3rd sequel! Though I did not watch Toy Story 1 and Toy Story 2 in 3D in the cinema, but it was worth paying for the third sequel. Indeed, there were tears and laughter and it was again a great movie!...

The awesomeness part was to pay RM27 for the ticket to watch it in GSC Signature in The Gardens. It was a very spacious seating, not to mention the very back seat where I can lean back and enjoy the show every bit of the moment. It was freezing cold, but I couldn't care less after the first few minutes of it.

Endless nights in the Studio...

it is now the 9th day having endless nights in Finas Studio for the shooting of 'Clever!' Malaysia Edition. It's the final late night stay in the studio as we are about to wrap for this shoot. It was a very long 8 days of shoot with so much to do and so little time to finish them. I cameo'ed in Episode 11 for one of the experiment too!

Alas~ Change of Design

I've been wanting to change for such a long time but because if I change, I will have to reset everything that originally is in my blog again, and that will take forever to do... but, thank you to peps who design new templates for blogspot, I can now change new design and even alter some of the things in it.

After almost 3 years............

The Weekend before Shoot

It was an easy-going Saturday. My plan was to sleep the whole morning, get up and take the train and bus to Sunway Pyramid for my Dance Mix class and get a hair cut before the start of a hectic a week plus of shoot.

It ended up with:

1. Lunch at Honkee Porridge (I don't like porridge but because Lynn was sick, so I agreed to go)

2. Met Sok Peng in office and drove Lynn's car to Cyberjaya to watch 'Waktu Rehat' shoot in MMU

3. Early dinner of Clubhouse Sandwich at FullHouse in Sunway Pyramid

4. 45 minutes of workout in the gym

5. A RM36 (after 10% discount) of haircut in Snips

6. Nanny McPhee movie in TGV

7. Running to train station and to find that the gate was closed before 11.45pm

8. A RM26 cab ride back to Pandan Indah station to drive the car home

It was a great weekend, though, a very relaxing yet fun one.

It's now off for last week of preparation and days of shoot for 'Clever!'

'Clever!' Shoot Part 2

Date: 9th June 2010

Location: Berjaya Times Square Cosmo's World Theme Park & Bukit Jelutong

It was another one day shoot for outdoor experiments. This time, it was such an early call time; 7.45am. I took a train to Times Square and had a hard time to figure out the entrance. Anyway, I rode the roller coaster 6 times in 2 hours!!! WOOOOHOOOO!!!

It was another hot shoot but due to me having allergies the night before, I was half dead~ It was such a torturous time to be under the sun and have an ear terrible gone from hearing. But anyway, it was a good shoot because we managed to pack everything before the pouring rain came.

One more week to the studio shoot!

The Flirtatious, The Imaginary, The Studious, The Rational

Sometimes I wonder how we maintain such a strong friendship with each other since High School. Even though I spent most of my time in a different class, we could still hang out frequently. Even though I went off from home for my studies, we could still find time to meet each other for coffee. Even though I am again far from my hometown, we could still have moments we cherish from time to time.

I owe so much gratitude and thanks to these girls who were, who are and who will forever be my greatest friends in my life. As we grew up and years passed by, we see so much differences between us. But none of these differences drifted us apart. We could still find time to meet each other; far or near.

the picture tells it all. where can we find another girl like Jessica. as innocent as she looks, she has a die-hard flirtatious looks and moves. she teaches and advices. her 'manja'ness' is something we misses when she is far and something we look forward to when she is near

...Imaginary Tiffany...

the girl with the sweetest and biggest smile. her laughter and impromptu actions keep us entertained. no way you can missed her especially when she is laughing or talking. also known as 'Japanese Che Che' by the kids back in the holiday camps we facilitated because of her middlename - Nakita! you will never stop laughing when she is around

...Studious Adeline...

the youngest among us all and the most studious and genius among us. never missed seeing her with her books at school. and we will never know any of her exam results. a very innocent girl who owns her own car but rarely drives us out. but as innocent as she seemed, she is our new drinking kaki! an engineer-to-be

...Rational Me...

always celebrates my birthday without my friends back in school and always sits in the other class while the others are in another class. being the middle person especially when it comes to relationships, friendship and studies. looks smart and always gives rational thoughts and advices. not to mention, I am the driver to everyone else; in Kuching and also in KL

How much these girls have changed my life.

At this moment as I write this post, I missed these girls so much especially the outings we always have back at home with curfews to follow and parents to monitor through calls and sms. It's been a while since we last had a girls nite out in Kuching.

Hope to be back home soon and let's have fun again!

Test Run for Roller Coaster

Date: 1st June 2010

Venue: Cosmo's World Theme Park, Berjaya Times Square

It was a test run for 'Clever!'s roller coaster experiment where Shelly, Aileen, Calvin, Liew, George and did mounting for the weighing machine and camera on the roller coaster. We had to work after their operation hours (10pm onwards) that night and managed to mount everything on it and we had one try, with me as the guinea pig!

It was a super fast ride (less than a minute) on the roller coaster. The fun part was that the whole theme park was closed already and there were no one there to scream. So I kept quiet throughout the whole ride with Calvin sitting in front of me. It was FUN!

We finished everything after midnight and as all goes well, we are now waiting for the real shoot with our host and the assistant scientists this coming week!

Again....I will definitely be sitting on the roller coaster over and over and over again~
